FHWA ER • On FAS Routes Only • Listing of FAS Routes can be found on Planning’s Website. • Statewide Damages Must Exceed $700,000 • Will Reimburse 100% for the first 180 days • 80% after 180 days. • Includes regular and overtime labor • Must have DDIR, photo of site with County, route, milepoint, and date • Minimum of $5000 in damage.
USDA - NRCS • Will reimburse for debris removal and repairs in or around streams and bridges. • Reimburse 100%, any Road System. • Stream Bank Stabilization Projects • Not for Embankment failures
DOCUMENTATION!!! • Photos with pertinent information • County, Route, Milepoint, Date, etc. • Charged properly in OMS • Object Code • Labor and Equipment • No such thing as too much documentation!
