  4. Highlights- Growth • Usage Growth • FY09 Growth: 39% compared to FY08 • FY10 Growth: 1.5% compared to FY09 • Fee lowered (third year in a row) – 0.5% / $10,000 cap • Staff growth • 38 Staff (6 new staff since last conference) • Third and Fourth Civil Servant added
