  3. Course Format & ScheduleWhat You Should Expect Two (2) highly interactive days of: • Facilitated presentations, activities, discussions, and applied projects. Schedule: • Saturdays, 1/29/11 & 2/5/11 • 8:30am to 4:30pm • We will start and end on time! • 15-min AM/PM Breaks & 60-min lunches (11:30-12:30pm)

  8. Course Description Seminar course covering analysis and planning stages for an eLearning project. Topics include the analysis and planning considerations for design and development that are unique to delivering a learning experience using computer-based and web-based technology 8

Course Learning Objectives Assess the learner's needs for facilitated and self-paced eLearning Define the training product scope Establish design constraints Describe the influence of technology on project constraint Identify budgetary needs for a training product Identify factors that affect eLearning costs Estimate time for design and development of eLearning Define a course style guide 9

  10. eLearning Project(s) Overview You will have two! Prescribed Project vs. Practicum Project Prescribed Project- Day 1 & Day 2 (AM) Simple, to learn IDL process Pick from a topic list Practicum Project- Day 2 (PM) Applied Student choice
