Road Traffic Law is Extensive and Complicated. All drivers must be the holders of a valid driving license. Learner Drivers must hold a provisional licence suitable for the class of vehicle they are driving. A qualified driver must supervise them and ‘L’ plates must be displayed on the vehicle.
