  3. Fundings • We are a Federal and State Funded organization • We also get many donations from companies such as: • Bank Of America • Pizza Hut • Many Local business

  4. J. Parks Community Center & Clinic is a non-profit center provides quality primary care to the community and is a safe haven for anyone who is in need. • Our mission is to provide a non-discriminatory environment that is sensitive to the needs of the community.

Health Clinic Health Clinic Dental Clinic Our Dental clinic offers services such as: Preventive dental care information Prophy (cleanings) Sealants Extractions • We offer primary health care services such as: • Check ups / well visits • Acute Illness care • Immunization • Gynecology / STD testing • Ect.
