THE FOUNDATION • Psa 104:5 Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever. • Isa 40:21 Have ye not known? have ye not heard? hath it not been told you from the beginning? have ye not understood from the foundations of the earth? • Rom 1:20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: • Heb 1:10 And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands:

THE FOUNDATION • Heb 4:3 For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world. • Psa 11:3 If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do? • Pro 8:29 When he gave to the sea his decree, that the waters should not pass his commandment: when he appointed the foundations of the earth:

THE FOUNDATION • Job 38:4 Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding. • Job 38:5 Who hath laid the measures thereof, if thou knowest? or who hath stretched the line upon it? • Job 38:6 Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone thereof; • Job 38:7 When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy? • Job 38:8 Or who shut up the sea with doors, when it brake forth, as if it had issued out of the womb? • Job 38:9 When I made the cloud the garment thereof, and thick darkness a swaddling band for it, • Job 38:10 And brake up for it my decreed place, and set bars and doors, • Job 38:11 And said, Hitherto shalt thou come, but no further: and here shall thy proud waves be stayed?

  5. CREATION WEEK • Environment / atmosphere / time / measurement / diet / prophecy / principle / music / life / family / procreation / order / system / regularity / structure / exercise / work / laws of health / • EVERYTHING THAT RELATES TO LIFE ON EARTH WAS ESTABLISHED IN CREATION WEEK !!

CREATION WEEK • DAYS 1 – 7 • MELODY – HARMONY – RHYTHM= MUSIC • MELODY-God’s Voice (he spake and it was done) • HARMONY –(7 Part)- each day blending • RHYTHM –(24hr cycle)steady march towards perfection • PROGRESSIVE PERFECTION – Each day was built upon the other, all days were perfect days. Each day affected the Sabbath relationship. EVERY DAY IS IMPORTANT. • Time / 24hrs cycle / Measurement / System , Regularity Neatness & Order / Structure & Organization/REST

  7. DAY # 1 = LIGHT • LIGHT- without light – no life / God’s Glory was the covering of everything, sin caused this glory to be lost. • 24HR Cycle- Evening and Morning – Time Measurement. (not the moon’s phases) • SEPERATION ,DISTINCTION and BALANCE – light & dark: darkness and light do not work together (dress reform) • DIRECTION – From Darkness to light/ Sickness to Health: sickness and health cannot work together

  8. DAY # 2 = AIR • ATMOSPHERE – (EXPANSION , SPACE) –Environment PERSONAL SPACE – LIVING SPACE/ NO CONGESTION • No housing schemes , tenements , • RIGHT CONDITIONS = RIGHT RESULTS (temperate atmosphere produced the long lived race: PERFECT HEALTH = PERFECT CIRCULATION

  9. DAY # 3 = SEAS & DRY LAND , GRASS, HERBS , FRUIT • Gen 1:9 And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so. SCATTERING /GATHERING: SOW/REAP • PROVISION:- RAW MATERIAL FOR FOOD • Gen 1:10 And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good. BARS / DOORS - LIMITATIONS • Gen 1:11 And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so. COLOUR THERAPY • Gen 1:12 And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good. DISTINCTION BETWEEN , FRUTS NUTS GRAINS , VEGETABLES , HERBS • Gen 1:13 And the evening and the morning were the third day.

DAY # 4 = SUN , MOON & STARS • PRINCIPLE OF LIFE – DIVINELY APOINTED AGENCIES (Heb:1:7,14/Jhn:1:6-8) • THESE 3 DISTINCT LIGHTS SERVE 4 PURPOSES: (1) DIVIDE THE DAY FROM THE NIGHT (2) FOR SIGNS (3) FOR SEASONS (4)FOR DAYS AND YEARS: • GOD USES THINGS IN NATURE TO REVEAL HIS GLORY, HIS ORIGINAL GLORY IS NOW BEING MANIFESTED IN ORDAINED MEANS. EACH ORDAINED MEANS WORKS TOGETHER . NO ONE IS DOMINANT: • SPECIFICALLY , WHERE OUR HEALTH IS CONCERNED , THERE IS NO MAGIC BULLET, HEALTH IS RESTORED THROUGH A COMBINATION OF THINGS, TO GOD’S GLORY. • PRINCIPLE OF LIFE – TIME/ SEASON/PURPOSE: • DAY #4 REPRESENTS THE FACT THAT THE SEASONS TEACH US WHAT IS FOR OUR HEALTH FOR THAT TIME, THEY POINT OUT TO US AS FAITHFUL SIGN POSTS, WHAT CAN BE DONE FOR OUR GREATEST GOOD AT THE RIGHT TIME; THE SUNS LIGHT IS GOOD , BUT IT IS TO ONLY RULE THE NIGHT. IT SHOWS US TIME AND PURPOSE OF THINGS: Ecc 3:1 To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:GOD ON THIS DAY CREATED THE MEASUREMENTS OF OUR TIME: IN THE CREATION OF THESE MEASUREMENTS , HE ESTABLISHES THE PRINCIPLE OF DIVINELY APPOINTED AGENCIES WHERE HE KNOW COMMUNICATES LIGHT AND TRUTH THROUGH INSTEAD OF DIRECTLY: • GOD MAY NOT HEAL DIRECTLY , BUT HE HAS HIS DIVINELY APPOINTED AGENCIES WITH WHICH HE USES TO HEAL US. • PRINCIPLE OF HE MUST INCREASE I MUST DECREASE

  11. DAY # 5 – FISH & FOWL • Gen 1:20 And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven. MOVEMENT = EXERCISE • Gen 1:21 And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good. • SEPERATION OF CLASSES – 2 CLASSES OUT OF 1 MOVEMENT • LAW OF VARIETY – MANY DIFFERENT KINDS OF THE SAME THING • Gen 1:22 And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth. • Gen 1:23 And the evening and the morning were the fifth day. • PRINCIPLE OF LIFE- WATER = LIFE • PRINCIPLE OF LIFE- BE FRUITFUL AND MULTIPLY • PRINCIPLE OF TALENTS • John:15:4,8/ Psa 1:3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

DAY # 6= CATTLE / CREEPING THINGS / BEASTS / MANKIND • Gen 1:24 And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so.#9 EARTH=LIFE • Kinds= species: the law of kinds. Different variations of the same thing: various approaches to 1 problem

DAY # 6 • Gen 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. # 10 REFLECTING THE DIVINE NATURE;1 JOHN 4:17 : union of male and female reveals the God head. • Gen 1:28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. REPEAT + ENLARGE/ 12 - 1 STANDARD FOR ALL TO REACH ( 1st the fish, then the animals, now man, all must bear fruit) • Gen 1:29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. LIVE FOOD • Gen 1:30 And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so. LIVE FOOD • God now declares that he has already provided food. And he distinguished which food was to be eaten by whom.

  14. DAY # 6 • Gen 2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. LAW OF THE SPIRIT OF LIFE: STRUCTURE WITH THE SPIRIT. R/R • Gen 2:8 And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed. GARDENING • Gen 2:9 And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil. BEAUTY AND FUNCTION/ CHOICE • Gen 2:15 And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it. # 14-WORK- # 15 CLEANLINESS • Gen 2:16 And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: # 16- LAW • Gen 2:17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die. # 17 CURSE CAUSELESS SHALL NOT COME: (cause and effect) Pro 26:2 As the bird by wandering, as the swallow by flying, so the curse causeless shall not come.

Gen 2:18 And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him. # 18- COMPANIONSHIP/COOPERATION • Gen 2:19 And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof. CREATIVITY/FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION/INTELLIGENCE/ FREE WILL • Gen 2:21 And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; PRACTICAL SURGERY • Gen 2:22 And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man. SWEETNESS COMES FROM STRENGTH judg:14:14,18 #21- CROWN- grace ,glory, virtue- prov:4:9, prov:12:4 • Gen 2:23 And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man. # 22-UNITY IN DIVERSITY • Gen 2:24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh. #23- TRANSPLANTING/MULTILIPCATION • #24 – MARRIAGE, EQUALITY, FAMILY / GOD HEAD (REMEMBER THE PRINCIPLE OF SPACE)

DAY # 7 = SABBATH • Gen 2:1 Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. • Gen 2:2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. • Gen 2:3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made. • REST AND REGENERATION – WE ONLY GROW WHEN WE ARE RESTING, NOT WHILE WE ARE WORKING.

  17. DAY # 7 • THE SABBATH IS THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE PROGRESSIVE PERFECTION OF THE WEEK: GOD CROWNED OFF THE CREATION OF MAN WITH WOMAN: Pro 12:4 A virtuous woman is a crown to her husband: but she that maketh ashamed is as rottenness in his bones. NOW HE IS CROWNING OFF THE CREATION OF THE WORLD WITH THE SABBATH: HE ESTABLISHES A WEEKLY CYCLE OF SEVENDAYS DESIGNED TO RECREATE US IN HIS IMAGE EVERY WEEK: DESIGNED TO RESTORE OUR SOULS: DESIGNED TO BRING US INTO SPIRITUAL COMMUNION AND PERFECTION: EACH DAY OF CREATION WAS DEEMED GOOD FROM THE CREATORS HAND: BUT NONE WERE DEEMED BLESSED AND SANCTIFIED:

DAY # 7 • Heb 4:6 Seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief: THE SABBATH SHOWS FAITH IN GOD: Heb 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him • Heb 10:38 Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. • Rom 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. • Rom 8:8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. • WALKING IN THE SPIRIT AND EXERCISING FAITH ARE THE SAME THING . THE SABBATH CAUSES US TO WALK IN THE SPIRIT AND PLEASE GOD.

  19. SPIRITUAL PERFECTION IS ONLY GAINED THROUGH EXCLUSVE COMMUNION WITH GOD: GOD CREATED THE SABBATH THAT MAY FULFILL HIS SPIRITUAL POTENTIAL
