Role of the Lodge The most important thing that a lodge can do is to encourage individuals in the Journey to Brotherhood and help them learn more about: • The purpose and principles of the Order of the Arrow • The lessons of the Ordeal experience, and how they apply to his role in his troop and other aspects of his daily life.
