Partial Private Circuits • Recent Product Developments • March - Removal of qualification date for Migration • March - Improved delivery timescales for additional 34/45Mb • April -Trunk price reduction - 4.75%1&2Mb, 5.4% 34/45Mb • April (start 1/7) - Local End Price reduction – 34/45mb CLZ • May – Process improvement Proof of Concept - to improve fulfillment performance on 2mb PPCs (and other PCs) South Mids & Thameswey

Partial Private Circuits • Future Product Developments (Target Launch Dates) • June – Extension of process improvement project to other bandwidths and larger geography • July – Commercial offer on further grandfathering & Re-designation_ • Oct - 1 & 2mb Copper Fibre local end split prices • Oct - PPC Price Control (year 2) • Oct –non- price controlled components – appropriate price changes • Sept - FOCR improvement process • NB Formal announcements will be made via the normal channels, with full briefings as appropriate.

Partial Private Circuits • QoS Performance - Reporting Update • Q4 Aggregated Report published on website • Q4 OLO reports to be distributed by early June • Retail Comparison available on CDD, CRD and Repair • PPC/Retail Comparison Q4 • CDD Retail 93.9% PPC 93.2% • Repair Retail 83.3% PPC 88.3%

Partial Private Circuits • QoS Performance – Q4 • Highlights • CDD performance improved from 91.4% to 93.2% since Q3 • Significant improvement to Highband CDD performance • Reduction in Fault Rate 0.72 to 0.56 • Lowlights • Repair down from 90.6% to 88.3% (Includes 5 MSFs) • Increase in proportion of New Install Faults cleared to OLOs

  8. Partial Private Circuits • Forecasting • BT has now confirmed that AOC can be agreed independently of ACO. Operators taking advantage. • Proposal to manage low volume forecast/order tracking • Where a customer forecasts less than 5 in a 4 month period the order tracking needs to be more flexible e.g. • In each bandwidth group • ·         Where 4 are forecast then an order for 3 or more wont be penalised. • ·         Where 3 are ordered then an order for 2 or more wont be penalised. • ·         Where 2 are forecast then an order for 1 or more wont be penalised. • Tolerances • BT will apply common sense approach to %age change tolerances allowed from one forecast quarter to the next.  Where the tolerances cannot be practically applied. • Very little feedback received, BT to implement and put contract changes through.
