Partial Private Circuits • Recent Product Developments • July - Local End Price reduction – 34/45mb CLZ • July - Process improvement Pilot - to improve fulfillment performance on narrowband & 2mb PCs in Southern region • Sep (Effective 1 October) – Price reductions to meet Price Control, pending Ofcom Consultation • Sep (Effective 1 October) – voluntary price reductions on Path Protected infrastructure and circuits, pending Ofcom consultation
Partial Private Circuits • Future Product Developments (Target Launch Dates) • Sept – Commercial offer on further grandfathering & Re-designation_ • Sept - FOCR improvement work in progress – impact Q3 report. • Sept - ISH Ext price changes expected to be notified • Oct - 1 & 2mb Copper Fibre local end split prices cancelled • NB Formal announcements will be made via the normal channels, with full briefings as appropriate. • Any requirement for 34/45Mb Single Fibre Working with un- protected NTE?

Partial Private Circuits • QoS Performance - Reporting Update • Q1 Aggregated Report published on website • Q1 OLO reports distributed • Retail Comparison available on CDD, CRD and Repair • PPC/Retail Comparison Q1 • CDD Retail 80% PPC 93.8% • Repair Retail 82.6% PPC 85% • Circuit level retail comparison is scheduled to be available from Q3 on key provision and repair stats.
Partial Private Circuits • QoS Performance – Q1 • Highlights • CDD performance continues to improve – now 93.8% • Average hours outage reduced, now below 3 hours • Lowlights • Repair down to 85% (Includes 1 MSFs, where no circuits were repaired in 5 hours) • FOC performance significantly worse – however includes STC time
