  2. Decisions Taken at the 1st PPC meeting (Apr. 21st ) Target:Planning of collection of data/information (internal and external) for the Self Evaluation report. Prepare Questionnaires for Present/Past students and Employers (end of third Week – May 7th)

  3. First round of FACs were held before Apr. 29th • First round of meetings of UACs were held as follows (After the FAC meetings) • ICT :29-04-2010 (Thursday) 09.00 am. • English : 29-04-2010 (Thursday) 10.30 am. • Soft Skills : 30-04-2010 (Friday) 09.00 am. • Ethnic Cohesion: 30-04-2010 (Friday) 10.30 am. • Venue: Video Conference Room- Computer Department • Video Conference Room -Faculty of Engineering   • All FACs presented the results of first meeting.

  4. During the week of May 3rd • Met FACs to formulate/modify questionnaires • Met UACs Chairpersons with Chairpersons of FACs to finalize the data collection. • Library staff prepared a separate questionnaire for students. • Met FACs to formulate/modify and finalize questionnaires

  5. Next Target: FACs to collect and analyze data and write the SER for Faculty activities. UACs to write SER for University level activities if any. By the End of 9th week (the week of June 14th ) Each activity proposed for the final proposal must be well supported by the results of the analysis
