Face-to-face Counselling • Discuss your concerns with the Telephone Counsellor • The need for F2F is identified • A referral is made to a local counsellor • You will be contacted within 24-48 hours • Short-term counselling is provided • Each case is managed by an ICAS case consultant • If sessions are not attended, counselling will be ended
