  7. # BILLING / CHARGES / COLLECTION - Ensure Guarantee Letter/Medical Chit upon visit M.O or Consultants - Send invoices to panel/MCO/Insurance consistently based on tracking system. - Companies suspension - Ensure all medical reports are prepared within 2 weeks as required especially         MCO/Insurance. This is to ensure that our payment process is done smoothly without         affecting our accounts and the relationship with the customers.

  8. # MAINTENANCE - Recalibration overload relay at all floor 7.9.11 10.00am. (by RAA enginering) - Rework for rooftop problem (leaking) 9.9.11 - JKKP inspection for lift "D" in 15.9.11 at 11.00am.

  9. # PHYSIO - PHYSIO SUNDAY SERVICE OPEN FOR OUTPATIENT.  - PAED CHEST PHYSIO ROOM  .(FOR OUT AND IN PATIENT). - GYM FACILITIES  AT HOTEL SELESA FOR SPORT INJURY REHAB.

  10. # LAB INFO / ACTIVITY 1.  IMPROVE AND BE MORE EFFICIENCY LAB CHARGING 2.  REDUCE MISCHAGING FROM CLINIC – DO BRIEFING TO NURSE AID 3.  REDUCE MISTAKE @ TECHNICAL HUMAN ERROR @ MISTYPING RESULT – DO DOUBLE CHECKING    @ UNLABELING SAMPLE – NAME, I/C NO. @ R/N NO. - SAMPLE UNLABELING TOTALLY TO REJECTS.

  11. # OT Patient operating list : Ward staff to prepare list patient for op as below: -Pt's name - Surgeon i/c - Type of operation - Surgical / medical history.

  13. # IVF •Visit GP and other related doctors from government hospital (liased with CS: Bella) •Major cleaning of the lab after OT reno •Installation of gas to equipment •Commissiong of equipment by LABIVF engineers
