  1. World War 2 Chloe Hurley and Hugh Nicholson World War 2 started when Germany invaded Poland. The axis powers= Germany , Japan, Italy and other countries. Allies= Britain, France, The Soviet Union and the USA. The D-Day took place on Sword Beach. 1939-1945 FACTS In 1939 most men wore hats when they Went out. Schoolboys wore caps. Teachers sent letters home telling parents What to pack for evacuees: washing things, Clean clothes, strong walking shoes and a favourite book.

  2. Hitler Adolf Hitler was the leader of the Nazis. He ruled over Germany for all of World War 2. A lot of people did not like his ways. German tanks rolled across Europe. The Polish army were among the first to experience The devastating power of the BLITZKRIEG. Blitzkrieg means lighting war.

  4. Anne Frank Many children and their parents were invaded by Germans. They were all killled for being Jewish. Anne Frank is famous for her diary. Her diary is a diary of World War 2.

  5. GUNS In the 2 World War there were a lot of new weapons, such as the TOMMY GUN, PISTIL and TANKS. Here are some pictures!!!!!!!!! This is a mortor. This is a shot gun This is a tank. This is a luger. This is a machine gun.

  6. A lot of places were bombed during the war. Ireland wasn’t supposed to get bombed, but they did. This was known as the Emergency. About the War A lot of food was rationed in World War 2. The foods that was rationed was tea and suger.

  8. Leaders of WW2 The Leaders of WW 2 were Adolf Hitler, Charles de Gaulle, Winston Churchill, Harry Truman, Emperor Hirohito and Benito Mussolini. World War 2!!!
