What it comes down to is responsibility. People today are so used to passing the blame onto someone else. "Oh, If our government wasn't so messed up" or "If I could just start over." Take responsibility for where you are, who your with and who you have brought along for the ride. You are where you are in life because of the decisions you have made so suck it up and make it work with your current circumstances.<br>

  1. Instant Self Realization The only thing that limits it being felt is our BODY - MIND. The ego and the emotional body that collate in our thinking and physical form. This keeps us locked inside where by we can't access what is true for us all. The body is our gateway it is the vehicle of consciousness we all share. It is our guidance system. In many spiritual teachings they neglect the body and wish to transcend the mind. Yet they are amazing and to be embraced as they guide us into our wholeness. If we are afraid of our thoughts or disregard our bodies we are rejecting our evolution. Finding relationship with our bodies, accessing our ego through the mind and also becoming aware of our active creative force make it possible for us to transcend and include old paradigms of thought. To not only become active and free in the way we live and create but to love in a way that is truly genuine and delightful.
