A reference document for all stakeholders: Describing why, how, and with what resources the NSDS will be designed and approved It is used for: • The preparation of requests for funding • The terms of reference for the various interventions • Mission letters for the intervenors • Contact information of all involved It is recommended that it be drafted in collaboration with ALL national stakeholders and development partners. It should be approved by national authorities.
