  3. Create a ‘Packaged” Presentation • File extension is .pps • Packages a player with the file • User do not have to have PowerPoint on their machine to view presentation • Small file size to upload to your server

  4. Convert to Web Page • File extension is .html • Creates a folder containing graphic files • Must upload folder and html file to server • Works on most servers • Problematic for some students • Creates larger file (with the files in the folder)
