ImaBimbeaux-Nurse • She was caring for Mr. Ano’s for the past 3 years • A beep Woke her up at 6:45 a.m • Heard a beep coming from Mr. Ano’s monitors • His nails and lips were blue • She left Mr. Ano’s room at 8:00 a.m. the day of his death • She called 911 • Seemed flustered and anxious • Had several mishaps with the equipment • Mr. Lyan D. Wife: Mrs. Golda Digger • The morning of Mr. Ano’s dead, Ms. Digger was going over books and discussing household expenses with Mr. Viosm • A little after 8:00 a.m. she went downstairs to talk to Simon about his concert performance in December • She saw Ima run out of the room looking very upset. • She found out her husband was dead • Mr. Vios helped her the rest of the way downstairs. • She was left in the sofa and felt asleep • The police came to her house • They took the Mr. Ano to Enigma Eternal Rest • She considered Mr. Vios her friend • She and Vios spent a lot of time together • Simon asked her and Vio to go to the theaters and concerts together to tell him what is happening in the music scene. • She loved her husband • She thought Simon did not wanted to live anymore • Spent a lot of time trying to cheer him up • She saw Simon very happy before she went to bed • Mr. Simon was awake when she went to see him the night before • She went to bed around midnight • She had to wake him up to tell him goodnight and he was groggy (sedated)

Vios • Business Partner: Mr. Vios • Very good friend of Mr. Ano • Went to see Mrs. Digger at 6:15 a.m. • Set up concert for Mr. Ano in Carnegie Hall in 2000 • Havngan affair with Mrs. Digger • He gets royalties from Mr. Ano’s music • Vios found out about Sound Beam and Simon was very happy • Mr. Vios talked to Mr. Simon at midnight and left until 12:30 or quarter to one • Mr. Vios went to Mrs. Digger’s room the following morning at 6:00 a.m. • Mr. Vios and Mrs. Digger went downstairs at 7:00 a.m. the day Mr. Ano died • He noticed Mr. Ano has his lips and fingers were blue • He called Haff Note to New York to notify him about Simon’s dead • He did not had the same clothes as the day before

Caring for Mr. Ano for the past 3 years • A beeping woke her up at 6:45 a.m. • Heard a beep coming from Mr. Ano’s monitors • Found Mr. Ano dead • The support was on when she went into the room • She turned off the oxygen • His nails and lips were blue • She left Mr. Ano’s room the day of his dead at 8:00 a.m. • She told Mr. Vios and Mrs. Golda that Mr. Ano was dead • She called 911 • She went back to the room with Mr. Vios • Ima’s phone found below Mr. Ano’s bed • Ima seemed flustered and anxious • Had several mishaps with equipment since she has been in Mr. Ano’s house • Detective found Mr. Note’s medication in Ima’s room • Checked on Mr. Ano the night before about 10:45 p.m. • Forgets to turn the machine on or off Nurse ImaBimbeaux

Mr. EAK • Was not aware of Simon’s dead • Out of town (in Washington) and got back to Enigma the night before Simon’s dead • Tried to get Ima to go with him but she could not take the time off • He worked on the Baclofen pump two weeks before Simon’s dead and everything was correct • Knows Ima since 4th grade • HoneyBear nickname for Eak by Ima • Finally gotcha a silly game to see who sends the text faster

11. things to consider • Wife having an affair with Mr. Vios • Mr. Note seemed nervous in police interview but seems to really care about Mr. Ano • Nurse Bimbeaux checked on Mr. Ano’s once before going to bed (all was OK) 10:45PM • Nurse took sleeping pills (did not wake up again until morning) 6:45AM • Mrs. Digger & Mr. Vios were seen drinking together • Mrs. Digger & Mr. Vios make fun of Nurse Bimbeaux • Nurse Bimbeaux found Mr. Ano and called 911 (I believe she had her cell phone but with the panic of finding Mr. Ano after calling 911 she dropped it.) • Text in cell phone I believe was staged to make Nurse look guilty

12. Things to consider • Car accident was in 2000 (Was probably first attempt on his life) - 7 years earlier however since then the wife was added to Mr. Ano’s Will so I don’t believe she would be dumb enough to try to kill him again. • 7 years earlier the nurse was not with Mr. Ano. Only one’s at this point to suspect are the business partners and his wife.

13. conclusion • Mr. Haff Note was very jealous of his friend • He was in friendly music competition with Mr. Ano • He was never able to win a competition • He manipulated all the suspicions against everybody except him.
