Grammar schools taught by ushers are for the ages of 7 to 10. While grammar schools taught by masters are for ages 10 to 14 • An example of a school week would be • Mondays, examination on Sundays previous sermon • Tuesday- Thursday, a basic curriculum • Friday, they have examinations and punishments • Saturday, they study catechism and arithmetic
Boys attend University after grammar schools, Oxford University and Cambridge University were the most popular • University taught them the Faculty of arts, liberal arts, theology, medicine and law This is Oxford University ( Google images)
