Addressing the need for capacity building in atmospheric observations, laboratory measurements, modeling, and data analysis to meet compliance commitments and facilitate better understanding of environmental factors. The Capacity Building Team (CBT) provides guidance and oversees project implementations. Developing human resources and localizing efforts are integral parts of capacity building initiatives.

  3. CAPACITY BUILDING Capacity building team (CBT) The CBT is more focus on overseeing and monitoring the implementation of projects and activities aimed at enabling the Parties to meet their compliance commitments

  4. CAPACITY BUILDING Capacity building team (CBT) The CBT participation ranges from providing advice and guidance in preparation of proposals, reports, etc.
