  2. En una clase el nivel de actividad varía desde la baja actividad hasta el punto óptimo de trabajo y enseguida el descenso de la actividad. Al estructurarse un curso deben tomarse en cuenta estos momentos y debe de procurarse que coincidan además con las seis etapas de transmisión de conocimientos. Estas seis etapas se describen a continuación úselas como referencia organizar las actividades de una clase.
