Starting quickly won’t necessarily help you finish earlier! • Change is your friend – only if you recognise early and manage together with training • Who has the definitive user list ? How hard can this be? • Get to know the network – points of failure & Active Directory scope • Desktop Configuration & management • Watch for integration with apps such as CRM and the like • Watch for advanced outlook usage, such as categories, colors or custom additions • SharePoint is great for documents …. It’s not a fileserver replacement • Don’t assume most of the users mail is not in some .pst file somwhere • There will always be a new lesson re-test your plan, timeline and assumptions
