  2. Running BMR TPA report This report is designed to print a one page summary of a school’s TPA analysis code range. • Double Click • Reports>Request>Financial • Check that • Individual Reports is selected • 3. Click OK

  3. Check Box is ticked • Click dots

  4. Enter BMR 13% (13 = school number) • Click “Find”

  5. Select Report • Click “OK”

  6. Change date • Click “Submit” This is where you could enter segment over-ride Analysis codes. e.g. AA13001001 5013021300 (PARENT) 5413011200 (PARENT)

  7. Click View>Requests • Click “Find”

  8. Click Refresh Data to check if report is completed • Click “View Output”

  9. Click File>Save As …. To save your text file

  10. PRINTING • Click File>Print preview

  11. If required • Change orientation • Page size

  12. OR… View report in Word • Open File • Select View All Files • Select file • Open

  13. File needs reformatting • Narrow Margins in File Page Setup to 0.5 cm

  14. File needs reformatting • Change font to 8 or 9

  15. Page breaks should now be in place to allow printing of multiple reports
