The Rules Play Fair! • The class will be separated into two teams. • The game will begin with a coin toss to decide which team will go first. • There will be one representative from each team that is to give the final answer. • Each team will have a chance to steal a question if the other team gives and incorrect answer. • Depending on which question is chosen by the team, that number of points will be rewarded. Ex. Fruits for 100 • At the end of the game, the team that has accumulated the most points will earn 3 extra points to be added to the final score of their test.

  4. Fruits/Veggies for 100 Question: What is one serving size of fruits? Answer: ½ cup is one serving size of fruit. Back To Categories

  5. Fruits/Veggies for 200 Question: What is one serving of green leafy vegetables? Answer: ½ cup is one serving size of vegetables that are green and leafy. Back to categories

  6. Fruits/Veggies for 300 Question: How many servings of fruits and vegetables do you need per day? Answer: 4.5 combined. 2.5 vegetables and 2 fruit. Back to categories

  7. Grains for 100 Question: What is one serving of grains? Answer: ½ cup or one slice is one serving of grains. Back to categories

  8. Grains for 200 Question: How many servings of grains should you have per day? Answer: You should have 6 servings of grains per day. Back to categories

  9. You Can Do It! Grains for 300 Question: What type of grains are the most nutritious? Answer: Whole grains are the most nutritious. Back to categories

  10. Meats for 100 Question: What is one serving size of meat? Answer: 1 oz is one serving size of meat. Back to categories

  11. Meats for 200 Question: How many servings of meat should you have per day? Answer: You should have 5.5 oz of meat per day. Back to categories
