Inspection for a CCTV:1. Pre-Construction Electric Service 2. Service Poles and Electrical Feed
Inspection • A new CCTV equipment is to be installed at I-287 Intersection on Route 1. • It should be checked if it satisfies the inspection criteria.
Inspection • The trainer checks the location and details of the camera at the office and consults his supervisor. • With his laptop or tablet PC, and/or printed documents, he is ready to for the site inspection.
User Manual (How to Open RITSIMS?) • Find the RITSIMS.exe on your desktop and just click on the application.
User Manual (How to Open RITSIMS?) • As an alternative, locate the RITSIMS software folder. • Find the MTSOFT.exe and just click on the application.
User Manual (User Name and Password) Select user1 as Username Write 1234 for Password
User Manual (Starting the Applications) Select “Start Inspection or Maintenance Applications”
User Manual (Equipment Selection) Select “Closed Circuit Television Systems”
User Manual (Option Selection) Select “Inspection” Option
User Manual (Location Selection) Select Equipment Location
User Manual (Previous History Check) As this is the first time inspection, observe that there is no previous history. Click on “NEXT”
User Manual (Equipments) Select “Preconstruction Electric Service”. Click on “START APPLICATION”
User Manual (Questions) Answer the eight questions as instructed in your handout
User Manual (Questions) Then, click on “Next Component”
User Manual (Equipments) Select “Service Poles and Electrical Feed”. Click on “START APPLICATION”
User Manual (Questions) Answer the five questions as instructed in your handout
User Manual (Questions) Click on “Exit” to see the Final Report
User Manual (Inspection Report) See the inspection report and write comments if needed!
User Manual (Inspection Report) Change the “FAIL” answers to “PASS”! When finished, click on “END”.
User Manual (Inspection Report) Click on “SAVE AND CLOSE”!
Maintenance • It has been a month since the installation and acceptance of the new CCTV equipment. • It now should be checked if it works properly through the preventive maintenance checklists.
Maintenance • The trainer is getting ready for the preventive maintenance checks for the CCTV equipment. • With his laptop or tablet PC, and/or printed documents, he is ready to for the site maintenance checks.

User Manual (Database Synchronization) Select “Update Master Database”
User Manual (Database Synchronization) Select “Inspection Master Database”
User Manual (Database Synchronization) Locate the Master Database File and Click on it
User Manual (Database Synchronization) Select “Maintenance Master Database”
User Manual (Database Synchronization) Locate the Master Database File and Click on it
User Manual (Database Synchronization) Select “Copy to Master Database”
User Manual (Database Synchronization) Observe the transferred records. Click on “Close”.
