Questions to Ask • What are the reasons for choosing the specialty? • What are my career plans? • What accomplishments do I want to emphasize? • What outside interests do I have? • What contributions can I make to the specialty and the residency program?
Questions to Ask Answers to two or three of these questions should give you enough material for first draft.
