  3. Imerovigli Imerovigli Anastasi Orthodox Church Anastasi Orthodox Church The best place to stay in Santorini is probably Imerovigli. It is much less crowded than the famous village of Oia and has some fantastic photo opportunities. Aside from the beautiful white alleys, stairways, and bougainvilleas, there are two places you should not miss! The white church with the typical blue dome provides an amazing view of the caldera (especially at sunset). The church itself is also very photogenic. However, keep in mind that the viewpoint is well-known and popular during sunset.

  4. Secret View Point Secret View Point We discovered a little secret viewpoint that offers the same view as the ruins – but it's empty. It's up on the hill, right beneath the ruins. Begin your climb up the hill from the Old Castle Oia Hotel until you reach a small "platform." However, be cautious, the floor is very slippery and steep, and the thorns of the bushes can be painful. Choose this viewpoint only if you can climb well and wear proper shoes, and if there are no small children or elderly people with you.

We discovered one of my favorite photo spots by chance while walking through Santorini's tiny alleys. It has everything you could possibly want. A wall where you can sit to look out over Oia, a pretty church in the background, and white and pink bougainvillea to frame your photo! Church If you are on a short tour, then your list of what to do at Santorini can also include enjoying a Catamaran cruise. You will have the opportunity breathtaking to visit all of the island's best attractions as well as swim in the crystal clear waters of White Beach. You can also eat delicious Santorini food while admiring the stunning views of the caldera cliffs and volcanic islands.
