Description of Black death • Black Death is also know as Bubonic Plague • Black Death struck in Europe in the 14th to 16th century. • Black Death is one of the most devastating pandemics in human history. • Bubonic plague is a zoonotic disease, circulating mainly among small rodents and their fleas • One of three types of infections caused by Yersinia pestis. • This disease kills 2 out of 3 humans in 4 days.
