CTM Project Oversight Planned Solutions • Add a Project Oversight Manager position in PMD • Implement comprehensive IV&V and associated Dashboard audits as a VITA service offering using selected contractors (under analysis) • Utilize Enterprise Service Directors to work with Secretariats on timely Dashboard evaluations • Expand current PMDP training - New Executive/Sponsor Training • Modify reporting schedule to Bi-monthly (Under consideration)
