  2. When Was It Invented?! • The telephone was invented in the year 1870 . • Over the years the phone has changed. • The appearance of it has drastically changed, as well as the way to use it.

  3. What does the invention do?! • A telephone is a system of communication that people use to have a conversation with someone in another place. • The telephone is used for communicating, and many businesses use it, families and schools, etc.

  4. Who invented it?! • Alexander Graham Bell invented the telephone. • When the phone was invented, there were two versions, one by Alexander Graham, and the other one was by Elisha Gray. • They entered a famous legal battle over who would be the inventor of the phone, and Alexander Graham Bell won.

  5. What is the importance of the invention?! • The importance of the invention of the phone was that it is very helpful for businesses and emergencies. • For example now a days offices and work places use telephones everyday. Also for emergencies, the phone has been used for calls to the police, etc. and it has saved many lives.
