  17. Ⅴ. Troubleshooting 1. Key Input Demo page sheet function Press and hold this button for about 2 seconds until the control panel lights blink to print a demo page. Configuration sheet function Press and hold this button for about 5 seconds until the control panel lights blink to print a configuration sheet . Job cancels function When the printer is printing an active printing job, press and holds this button until the red led lights blink to cancel a job the printer is currently except the manual job. Manual Print When Manual Print job is processing, Cancel Key acts to do printing job continuously.

DCU : Self Diagnostic Mode Self Diagnostic Mode • If an Error code occurs due to malfunction of the printer, perform Self Diagnostic Mode to solve the problem. • To enter the self-test mode, • Turn the power on pressing the buttons of [Down], [Shift] and [Stop] at the same time. • 2. Release the button within 2 or 3 seconds if 78 shows in the DCU. • 3. If 00 shows in the DCU, press the button [Up] or [Shift] to select the self+test mode which you want to test. • 4. Press the button [Enter] to operate. • 5. To stop, press the button [shift] and [Enter] together.
