  2. SIEGE OF LENINGRAD

  3. At the moment of a siege establishment in a city was 2 million 544 thousands people.

  4. Siegeof Leningrad lasted from September 8th, till January 27th, 1944.

  5. When bombardments and the fires were begun, a lot of people wanted to leave, but ways were been cut off.

  6. At all shops huge turns were built. People were reserved by products.

  7. In the evening on September 8th on a city 6327 bombs were been dumped. Almost all products were burnt down.

  8. In Leningrad food-cards have been entered. People received on 200 gramme of bread.

  9. The life road connected Leningrad with the country. It passed through Ladoga lake.

  10. Through it an ammunition, a foodstuff were taken, the population was evacuated.

  11. Germans were developed the plan "Barbarossa". In it they planned to conquer Moscow, Leningrad, Astrakhan and other big cities.

  12. On the night of January 19th, 1943 siegewas been removed. On the opponent shot from heavy sea tools.

  13. During siege was lost more than one million people. From them 200 thousand children.

  14. On the Shatkovsky cemetery the monument - a marble gravestone with fragments from a diary Tanya Savicheva was been opened. It is memory to victims of blockade.
