C.L.U.S.T.E.R INTERpreneruship Initiative CI2(Working Title) • Yesterday, a group from various C.L.U.S.T.E.R. members met in Karlsruhe and did a brainstorming. • The goal was to sketch a proposal for the Steering Committee. If the feedback is positive, we suggest to elaborate a complete proposal with effort estimation and decide at the next meeting of the Steering Committee. • The proposal idea is called “C.L.U.S.T.E.R. INTERpreneruship Initiative” CI2 (working title). We focused on the following Value Proposition: • Using educational formats to foster entrepreneurial creativity • Create cross site international project teams • Build “bottom-up” relationships that create international networks

C.L.U.S.T.E.R INTERpreneruship Initiative CI2(Working Title) • At each site, a first “round” of seminars will be organized. • A group of 20-50 students is given a concrete challenge. • A challenge could be to transform a research result or a patent into a business proposal (technology push). • Alternatively, the team could be asked to find a real problem in society (market pull). • The best team of 5 from every location joins the CI2 INTERpreneur selection. • Members of this group will form internationally mixed teams of 5. • The teams select one of the C.L.U.S.T.E.R. locations and work for 2-3 weeks at this location. Housing for the non-locals will be provided. • Teams will have mentors and will present to local investors. • Final presentation • Project films, events, roadshow
