But Fleance escapes Malcolm and Donalbain (the King’s sons) feel threatened and go to England and Ireland Lady Macbeth is excited by the thought of being Queen Macbeth is described as a heroic soldier Macbeth is crowned King Macbeth is frustrated that he has become King only to have to give it up to Banquo’s sons Macbeth is named as Thane of Cawdor and starts to think about killing the King Lady Macbeth persuades Macbeth to kill the KIng The witches prophesise that Banquo’s sons will be Kings Suspicion falls on Malcolm and Donalbain The King is discovered dead and Macbeth kills the guards. The guards assumed to have done it The witches prophesise Macbeth being Thane of Cawdor and King

  7. Then Through some dull conversations, we find out that Macduff is plotting in Northumberland (of all places!) with Siward, to invade Scotland and attack Macbeth. Then, comes this brilliant scene…

  8. First – In 3s Read the opening to the scene in your witchiest voices. There’s lots of rhyme-saying and spell making. Pretend that your table is the cauldren and stand around it. The fourth person is Hecate. She comes in at the end…

  9. Then – Watch This What follows is an incredibly dramatic section where the witches conjure up apparitions (spirits) to tell Macbeth what will become of him.
