Assess the need to clean up chemical weapons – Lead: Chief Inspectorate of Environmental Protection, Poland • A HELCOM expert group on dumped chemical munitions • All HELCOM contracting parties involved • Poland and Germany Co-chairs the group • First meeting planned for 15th November 2010 in Neumunster, Germany
