Today’s Essential Question How do we continue to improve student achievement and increase graduation rates while meeting district and state/federal requirements (i.e. OIP, OTES, OPES, SLOs, PARCC) using the HSTW/MMGW school improvement framework and data?
Today’s Outcomes Administrators and teachers will be able to: • Administer and inform/motivate teachers and students on how to complete the 2014 HSTW Assessment and Teacher and Student Surveys and/or the MMGW Teacher and Student Surveys. • Explain and demonstrate the use of data tools: composite reports, HSTW/MMGW Site Data Tool, Live Binder, Data Dashboard, public/private data walls for sharing the assessment/survey information and its value in targeting strategies to improve student performance and growth. • Understand the new Ohio Local Report Cards: HS/MS and/or CT and discuss strategies for improving student performance.
