  2. Matt Lotze is a professional with immense experience in founding and running numerous corporations. Armed with a Juris Doctorate and MBA, He is an expert in managing numerous challenging tasks at one time. Currently, he is purchasing numerous businesses and real estate in the Western Hemisphere of the United States. He has also served as a CEO in a number of business enterprises such as Real Outlets Stores, Real Estate Developers, Inc., LiquidationsRus, Inc., American Fundraisers, Inc LLC, Cheezy Pizza Company, Inc., Nations Best Franchise, Inc., and American Marketing Company, Inc.

  3. As a CEO at Real Outlets Stores, LLC from the period of 1995 to 2005, he introduced an effective retail system of liquidating distressed and overstocked commodities. He did this by establishing various internet sales sites and retail outlets that have a centralized wholesale and distribution location. In addition to this, he was also in-charge of both importing as well as exporting goods from seven different nations. He was the man responsible for dealing with negotiations while purchasing goods, sourcing of all the products, and also offering proper training to key employees of the firm.

  4. In order to impart this training, Matt Lotze developed a training and management system for 75 to 100 employees. This system was built to address all features of human resources, such as CFO duties, payroll, workers compensation, cash flow, risk management, P & L review, and medical and forecasting. Matt Lotze used Cheezy Pizza and Real Outlets as tenants, advertising drawls, and anchors within underperforming strip centers.

  6. He has years of legal and business expertise, and has a strong hold on 6 different languages. Lotze's education includes an MBA, juris doctorate, and PhD in sociology. On the personal front, he enjoys dancing, coaching and playing tennis, wakeboard boating, skiing, and also cooking.

Lotze is a philanthropic person who has contributed to an array of organizations, such as Soroptimist International, Special Olympics, Old Miners Association of Big Bear Lake, Big Bear Youth Soccer League, California State Parks, Habitat for Humanity, American Cancer Society, Rotary International, Girl Scouts and Boys Scouts of America, San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, etc.
