  2. What do we do? • Crayons helps the schools in need. Crayons donates boxes of supplies to schools that can’t afford them. We try and donate to all the schools we can. We donate pencils, colored pencils, and crayons. We are trying to keep kids active in school. Please help us out and keep kids interested in school.

  3. We Need Your Help • Replace design of supply boxes • Stand out • Look better • Help us compete

Situation Boxes are more than 15 years old • The colors are dull, and not eye catching • The boxes are too small, they only carry about 25, and it would be better if they carried 50. • The font is very small and hard to read. • The picture is too big for the box. The font and picture need to even out so customers can see both equally.

  5. Action • To make more eye popping colors • Get bigger boxes: At 50 cents per box, a hundred boxes would cost 50 dollars • Replace picture and font size

Recommendation We plan on using the Art & Design Company for the following: Color: red, neon orange, yellow, neon blue, green, neon indigo, and violet Font: Bauhaus 93 Picture: picture of the product and actual size of product With making these changes it will cost a lot so we are asking if you would donate 1,000,000 dollars.

  7. Implementation • New employment: We need one employee for making sure the equipment is working right and another employee for design artist. Each employee will get paid 8 dollars an hour. There average year wage would be 16,704 dollars. • New office space: The cost to rent a month would be 1,000 dollars. The cost to buy is 850,000 dollars. • New equipment: The equipment we would buy would do everything we need with the color, font, and picture. The equipment would cost about 2,000 dollars.

  9. Evaluation • In two months we will be on our way to selling double the amount of supplies because of the new box design. We will be on task and very successful. We may fail a few times until we find the design that draws the customer’s attention, but we will get there eventually. • We sell our product for 5.65 dollars right now. With the new design we will be able to make them 6 dollars. • Again we need your help donating 1,000,000 dollars to our company.
