Dynamic Characters • A dynamic character undergoes a permanent change during a story • Much like dynamite will cause something to change by explosion
For example: • Jack Beagle from “The Elevator” • Winnie Foster from Tuck Everlasting • At first she wants to escape her life; she is sheltered and afraid. When she returns home she is much more independent than when she left.
