CLUSTER HIGHLIGHTS • Team work (staff shortages, turn over, investigations have led to programs being short staffed and the programs and staff pulled together to get through this rough time) • CS-CT has become its own entity as a CRJ division • Manchester, CT program opened on 8/9/13 • Coventry, CT program opened on 10/21/13 CHALLENGES • CS-CT is a new vendor for the CT Department of Disability Services and has faced many learning curves in all CRJ departments while becoming acclimated. • High number of Medication Incidents & Occurrences • High number of Elopements

KEY MMR RESULTS FOR CS CT As of September 30, 2013: Client Related: • 3/9 or 33.3% of the clients are in Day Programs • 3/9 or 33.3% of the clients are in school • 3/9 or 33.3% of the clients are in sheltered workshop/job training • 4 client incidents involving contraband • 7/9 or 78% of clients choosing healthy living opportunities within program Staff Certifications: • 43% certified in Medication Administration (Simsbury = 40%; Windsor = 63%; Manchester = 25%) • 100% certified in First Aid/CPR/AED and PAC/CPI
