  2. What Is Hunting ? • Hunting is the practice of killing any living thing , usually wildlife. or trade. • Hunting is a way of life for most Labradorian’s. • Hunting can be a source of food for your family. • Hunting is recreational sport. • Some people hunt to make a profit off selling there furs and meat.

  3. Why We Enjoy This Activity • Hunting can be a way to bring your family close together. • Hunting is a thrill for supper. • Hunting can be fun to go out on trips for 3 or 4 days. • We get to enjoy the outdoors. • You get to see places you never seen before.

  4. Impact On The Environment (Good) • Usually when your hunting not all of the animal is taken or used, so it is decomposed into the ground and gives it nutrients. • When your going through the trees, you shake the trees and spread there seeds. • Everything falls together in a ecosystem.

  5. Impact On The Environment (Bad) • Use of transportation such as four wheeler, ski doo or vehicle can ruin the ground and kill plants. • Killing endangered animals just because, can harm the environment. (Poaching). • When your staying somewhere over night during a hunt, some people tend to not take there trash with them an leave it in the woods. • Hunting is consumptive because it is taking something from the environment. Unlike for example, hiking. If you just stick to the trails your not harming anything.
