Adaptation. By: Allison & John. Camels. This year we have learned about many things! For example, camels store water in their humps so then they don`t get to thirsty. Their hooves also help keep them from sinking in the deserts sand.

Camels • This year we have learned about many things! • For example, camels store water in their humps so then they don`t get to thirsty. • Their hooves also help keep them from sinking in the deserts sand. • Camels also have long eyelashes to keep sand from getting into their eyes. • (SAND IN THE EYES HURTS!)
Polar bears • Polar bear’s white fur helps them blend into the artic snow around them, and keep them warm in cold climates. • A polar bears feet have a type of oil on the bottom that keeps them from slipping on the ice. • Polar bears have little eyes that keeps cold and icy snow blizzards out of their eyes.
owls • One of the owls abilities is too be able to turn their head at an angel of 270. • They can also hear very well, they can hear a corn leaf crackle from about 1 and ¾ of a mile away. • Owls also have sharp talons, that helps them catch their prey. • Owls also have sharp eye vision, for example, owls can see so good they can spot prey moving form about 5mls.
Rabbits :D • Rabbits have good hearing because of their big ears. • Rabbits also have eyes on the side of their heads to make it easier to see prey sneaking up behind them. • Rabbits also have big hind feet. The big feet helps them to run and kick dirt or snow in the predators face.
Humans (ME YOU Everyone in this room!!!!) • Humans are known as one of the smartest animals on earth. Humans have longer arms and legs than most animals. • Humans also have great self defenses, for example, Teeth, nails, fists, legs, arms, elbows and knees.
