Environmental science • Is the study of the Earth as well as solar system on a biologic, chemical, and physical level • Environmental science is a combination of many, many different science disciplines
Such as Astronomy • Concentrates on the movement of planets, orbits as well as compositions of other bodies in the universe • There are many forms of astronomy such as astrophysics, astrobiology, theoretical physics
Geology • Study of the composition of the Earth as well as the movement of plates • Jobs would include geologist, seismologists, vulcanologists
Oceanography • Study of the biotic and abiotic factors of the hydrosphere including biomes to currents • Jobs include oceanographers, biologist, physicists
Meteorolgy • Study of the weather, climate and weather factors including the effect of humans on the weather. • Jobs include meteorologists, weather forecasters, global warming experts
Conservation • Study human impact on the environment. How to change pollutant factors. Observe decreasing organism habitats
Syllabus for year • Astronomy • Movement, orbits • Earths tilt • Energy production and transfer • Geology • Rock cycle, plate tectonics, volcanoes, earthquakes • Weathering • Prediction of volcanoes/ earthquakes • Energy creation on earth • Oceanography • Hydrology • Surface. Ground water • Rivers and streams • Meteorology • Atmosphere • Air masses • Prediction • Climate • Biosphere • Biomes • Biodiversity • Green energy
