What Schedules? VA Federal Supply Schedules will NOTbe consolidated
Why GSA is Consolidating? • Provides consistency for all stakeholders • Conducive for total solutions under one contract vehicle • Streamlines Schedule terms and conditions and eliminates duplicate contracts
When is the Consolidation? • New Schedule and its solicitation will take effect October 1, 2019 • Mass Modification of updated terms and conditions will be released January 2020
New Contract Offerors • Schedule solicitation open to new offerors during and afterconsolidation • Consolidation notguaranteed to impact time it takes to get contract award • ConsolidatedSchedule requirements will be clearer with streamlined terms and conditions and re-formatted solicitation • Other processes, such as pricing negotiations, will still occur under consolidated Schedule
Current Contract Holders Business as Usual • Established Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) remain effective until BPA or Schedule Contract expires • Transactional Data Reporting (TDR) • Cooperative Purchasing • Small business set aside Special Item Numbers (SINs) • Contract number will remain the same • Can accept new orders • Process contract modifications • No change to opportunities visible in eBuy • Comply with current terms and conditions
Current Contract Holders Category Management Changes • Eliminate category duplication • Only need apply to one schedule • NAICS will determine small business size standards • Mapping old SINS to NAICS

Current Contract Holders • Goal of the new Terms and Conditions • New terms and conditions will replace any previous T&Cs contractors have had in place • Phase 2 Mass Mod will be sent out in January 2020 • Current schedule holders will maintain their current contract number

Current Contract Holders Sales reporting and contract modifications (eMods) • Federal Acquisition Service Sales Reporting Portal (FAS SRP) • New SINs will appear in FAS SRP after accepting Mass Mod(s) • Process and requirements will not change as a result of Consolidation
Current Contract Holders REQUIRED Action Items • Accept Mass Mod by July 2020 • Submit an update of GSA Advantage price catalog and text file in Schedule Input Program (SIP) or Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Recommended Action Items • Add new categories of products and services (SINs) to your GSA contract!
