SET UP RELATIONS • My face to face conversation with director of “ ICICI marketing pvt ltd”. • Discussing our mutual interests and agreeing on giving them a good offer deals. • My staff members meetings with a local businesses. • Agreed on contract options in future and excepted invitation on our business conference etc.

PRESENTATION I presented a speech on behalf of my company highlighting following points. • It’s a pleasure to work with the professionals in the business which will help grow our network. • We can offer free delivery services of mobile phones for repairing on competitive rates. • We can promote products of companies like “apple,nokia” in our city and surrounding areas by our marketing services. • Our goal is to expand our company name throughout the state very soon.
FEEDBACK PROCESS • Feedback forms regarding my address to the participants and company policies were available. • Request was made to fill up the feedback forms. • Feedback forms were also sent to the participants who had to leave soon. • I got a face to face feedback from the participant who were really interested in my brand. • They appreciated my speech and also gave me some good advices.
