    2. 2 Topics Does the University need additional revenues in order to continue to provide a quality education given the current role and mission?   If Yes, could revenues be generated by significantly increasing the percentage of non-resident students? If Yes, could the revenues be generated by a significant increase in State Support? If Yes, could revenues be generated by significant increases in resident student tuition revenues through structure changes or rate adjustments?
