New instructions 2013 • Application of the concept ’equivalent vessel’ (PEC) • Previous unwritten definition was vague and decision making wasn’t transparent • Prerequisites for Pilot Exemption Certificates • The most essential information from the PEC candidate's point of view and information on how Trafi applies the PEC legislation
