Methodology • The Allergan Practice Consultant (APC) works closely with the practice to input the following information for 100-150 scheduled consultation appointments: • The scheduled consultation date (month only). • Whether the visit resulted in a no show. • If a consultation fee was collected. • How many and which procedures were discussed during each consultation (up to 3 procedures). • The referral source (how the patient heard about the practice). • Each patient is allotted six months post-consultation to decide on an agreed-upon procedure with the physician. As such, the report does not evaluate any consultations that are more recent than six months before the report date. • A consultation is considered converted once the surgery has been complete; having a patient who has only paid a deposit does not qualify as a conversion.
