Computers have no will to power • Or even to survive Venture capitalists have found it easy to take control of large parts of the economy • Deployment of capital • Evasion of regulation • But, they tell themselves it’s because they’re smart They fear something smarter • What they should really fear is effective governance • What they should really fear is the people
