  1. PRESIDENT (1 Year Renewable Term) Chairs meetings, meets with school administration, engages with all Parishes and parents to enhance the reputation and support of MCES. Secretary (1 Year Renewable Term) Prepares meeting agendas, minutes, communications and maintains the MCES PTO Facebook page. MCES PTO Organizational Model Vice President (1 Year Renewable Term) Supports the President in all activities, fills in as needed and recruits new members to the PTO and PTO Elected Positions. Hospitality Coordinator (1 Year Renewable Term) Meets with administration & PTO Officers to plan annual events calendar, secures event chairs, reserves campus locations for events, meets with campus leaders, serves as a resource for: campus leaders, events chairs, parents & teachers. Campus Leader (1 Year Renewable Term) Works with the Hospitality Coordinator facilitating campus based events and serves as the “go to” person for parent questions at their campus. Treasurer (1 Year Renewable Term) Responsible for all financial aspects of the PTO, meets with school and parish finance officer, works with chairs for reimbursement regarding events, completes end of the year financial reports.
