Tasks in NA2 assigned to UKI • TNA2.3 • Neasan and Gillian • TNA2.3.1 - Coordinate contributions to specialist and non-specialist media outlets, as well as national and international press • TNA2.3.2 - Identify possible events and coordinate presence with stands, talks and presentations • TNA2.3.3 - Organise visits to new user groups to find out about their needs and expectations • David Fergusson • TNA2.3.4 - Metrics tool support and development • Janusz Martyniak • TNA2.3.5 - RTM support and development UKI in NA2

TNA2.3.1 Coordinate contributions to specialist and non-specialist media outlets, as well as national and international press • Plan, write and execute media plan for EGEE conferences (annual and User Forum) • Draft press releases for EGEE collaboration • Write or organise articles for the media • First point of contact for media with EGEE scientists and vice versa UKI in NA2

TNA2.3.2 and TNA2.3.3 Identify possible events and coordinate presence with stands, talks and presentations • Decide, plan and organise EGEE attendance for a stand at major conferences e.g. Supercomputing • Work with partners to have EGEE representation through them if there is no dedicated stand e.g. small local events Organise visits to new user groups to find out about their needs and expectations UKI in NA2

  7. TNA2.3.4 Metrics tool support and development • An online submission tool which replaces the spreadsheets used previously by EGEE • Currently not available UKI in NA2

  8. TNA2.3.5 RTM support and development • RTM developed at Imperial for GridPP • Not funded in GridPP3 • EGEE now part fund it • Janusz currently working on streamlining and updating to EGEE specific requests UKI in NA2

  9. Deliverables • DNA2.3 • Dissemination, outreach and communication plan • Done • DNA2.4 • Dissemination, outreach and communication report and revised plan • Due in 12 months (or so) UKI in NA2
